Evaluating a Competency-Based Supervision Approach for Motivational Interviewing
Motivational interviewing (MI) is a well-known, evidence-based, brief counseling approach for substance use disorders (SUDs) that combines person-centered principles with strategies for enhancing motivation for change (Miller & Rollnick, 2012).
