Ms. Royal received a bachelor of arts degree in public policy analysis with a specialization in health care policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has held positions at UNC-CH and in the private sector in grant management and marketing. Ms. Royal joined the UNC Horizons team in June of 2012.
