Phil Scherer, CAADC, NCGC II, MISA II, CIP, is the administrative director of the Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery (IIAR). Phil has worked in the addiction field for over twenty-three years and has worked in all areas of treatment. He is currently serving as board chair on the Board of Directors of the Association of Intervention Specialists and is the current president of the International Interventionists Credentialing Board.
