Serena Wadhwa, PsyD, LCPC, CADC, RYT , is an assistant professor and program coordinator at Governors State University. She provides individual and group therapy at the Alexian Brothers Outpatient Group Practice. Dr. Wadhwa works in a variety of roles as a consultant, creator, presenter, trainer, lecturer, coach,  radio talk show host, and author. She has two books on stress coming out in 2016 and is the creator of the Stress Intelligence Coaching Program.
