The International Center for Health Concerns, the Center for Interpersonal Development, and Ningbo University have joined together to provide a unique training opportunity April 5-9, 2010, in Ningbo, China.

This five-day training event includes distinguished world class faculty: Drs. David Mee Lee, Mark Publicker, William Mock, David Powell and Yu Liu. Training will be offered on the following topics: co-occurring disorders, family therapy, motivational interviewing, depression and suicide, clinical supervision, addiction treatment methodologies, and smoking cessation. Training methods will include lecture, small group discussions, role play, demonstrations with clients, grand rounds and learning games.

All training will be in English, translated into Mandarin. A limited number of slots are open to English-speaking students to attend. Workshop participant fee: $1507 plus visa and airfare. Tuition includes delegate rate for five days of training, lodging in a four-star hotel for seven nights, breakfast, lunch and dinner for six days, transfers to/from Shanghai airport, all training materials, and CEUs from Ningbo University.
