Albert Kopak, PhD, received his PhD in justice studies from Arizona State University and specializes in research focused on the treatment and assessment of SUDs in criminal justice settings. He has provided consultation in program evaluation and assessment for various criminal justice agencies in the US as well as the UK. He is an associate professor of criminology at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina.
